My commissions are selective, that means I can decline your request if I won't feel like we're a good match. But don't worry, that barely ever happens!
You can reserve a commission slot in advance via DMs.

You have up to 3 free revisions.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
Submitting a commission request form does not guarantee a slot. Please wait for a confirmation email from contact.saurawr at gmail.com.
Client files are stored on Google Drive for one month only. It is the client’s responsibility to download and securely store all commissioned files.
If you wish for me to use external assets (e.g. logos, screen art, panel chibis, etc.) created by another artist, these assets must be fully completed and provided at the time of the commission request.
If my work will be used alongside other artists' creations (e.g. minimal chatting overlay with other artist's overlays; logo on other artist's ref sheets; etc.), the client is required to inform those artists and ensure proper credit is given to me as well.
TOS is subjective to change.
copyright & usage
Clear and visible credit to my Twitter account (@saurawr_) must be provided on any social media platforms where the commissioned work is used.
All commissioned works are for personal use only unless explicitly discussed. You are not authorized to sell, redistribute, print, teach AI, mint as NFTs, or claim ownership of the work.
All prices include a streaming / content fee, allowing you to use the commissioned assets in monetized content (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, etc.) without additional charges.
A commercial fee is required for any use involving printing (e.g. merchandise, giveaways, promotional materials like business cards or banners). Please inquire if you're unsure whether your use qualifies.
I retain the rights to all designs and may share them in my portfolio or on social media within 2 months after delivery, unless an NDA has been purchased.
I may stream the creation process or post previews unless an NDA fee is paid to keep your commission confidential until debut.
Neither the client nor any third-party artist is permitted to modify, redistribute, or extract elements from the commissioned files. Artists may follow the established by me branding, but may not cut or reuse parts directly from my work.
I am not liable for copyright violations involving materials provided by the client.

Commissions may take up to 4 weeks to complete. Please plan accordingly if you have deadlines.
Progress updates will be shared throughout the process.
Clients will receive one concept draft based on their provided references to confirm satisfaction of the visual's direction.
Three free revisions per item are included during the creation process. Additional revisions or post-delivery changes will incur extra charges.
payment
Commissions processed through VGen are subject to a 10-12% fee.
By default all payments are done in Euro. Other accepted currencies are PLN and US dollars.
Commissions below $100 are payed fully upfront.
Commissions over $100 may be paid 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery, if requested beforehand. Additional fees may apply.
Payments are invoiced when I begin your commission. You may choose Stripe (credit card payment, no additional account needed) or PayPal.
If you are a business or require a formal invoice, please specify this in your request.
refunds & cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time if I am unable to complete it. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Clients may cancel before work has begun with no penalty.
If a commission is cancelled after work has started, a cancellation fee will apply based on hours already worked.
If you’ve commissioned multiple assets and wish to cancel one after a draft has been delivered, a cancellation fee will apply. You may cancel without penalty for any asset I haven't started yet.
No refunds will be issued after the final files are delivered.
rush orders
If you have a strict deadline, you may request a rush order, which will be completed within 1-3 days. Please confirm availability before requesting.
Rush orders must be paid in full upfront.
< 2 weeks - 50% fee; < 1 week - 100% fee, 1-3 days - 200% fee
loyalty program
Returning clients get 5% off all future orders.
New clients referred by a previous customer receive 5% off their first order.
For every 5 referrals, the referring client will receive a $30 coupon applicable to future orders. Only one coupon can be used per order, and it is valid only for orders over $30.

This is a talk show / interview format.
Show is set to last up to 2h.
I’d love to meet with you around 15 minutes before the official collab time, to just chat for a bit, break the ice, learn your boundaries and prepare stuff.
My content is not marked as +18, however please note I may swear or do some sussy jokes. Please tell me beforehand if you’re family friendly and do not welcome swears / such jokes in your space. I am flexible and can easly adapt to my guests!

╴・ Idea behind the show
A reflective VTuber interview series where you speak directly to your younger self, sharing the struggles, breakthroughs, and lessons from your journey. Instead of just an interview, think about it as a journey archive or a memory capsule. I believe, we don’t often get the chance to sit down and reflect on our careers, especially in front of our communities, so this show is a place where VTubers can tell their story, in their own words.
The idea developed from my own curiosity. As a creator myself, I love learning about others journey, what they did to be where they are today, and how much it cost them. It’s not always only the bright side, and I believe it’s worth talking about.Structure:
Origin story: how you started, your inspirations, what your expectations were, early streams.
First wins & stumbles: first sponsorships, first 100 viewer, first fails.
The breakthrough: your big “level up” moments that changed everything (viral clip, collab, major event), obstacles you had to overcome after that (burnout, doubts, pressure).
New record & “Game Over” moment: biggest moment of pride, lowest or toughest time and how you got through it.
Easter Egg: a lightning round of fun. We will spin the wheel for random choices (favorite clip of yours, story time about most cursed fanart, a moment that still makes you laugh, etc.).
Save point: biggest piece of advice or message to your fans, short Q&A section with chat (optional).
Each episode ends with a “digital signature” where the guest leaves a doodle, or one-liner for your younger self. It symbolise the signatures we make at the end of real letter.
